A Conditioned Retro Fit

We wanted to transform an existing space into a modern, functional environment that retains and highlights its industrial heritage. The project aims to blend contemporary comforts with raw industrial aesthetics, creating a unique and dynamic atmosphere that meets current standards while honouring the building's history.
We were fortunate enough to find the column number while scarping the old kitchen tiles to be the birth date of the women of the house, and we decided to preserve it. Could make it as industrial as it looks.
